If you violate the terms of this Agreement irreparable harm will occur and money damages will be insufficient to compensate Innate Lab, LLC. Therefore, Innate Lab, LLC will be entitled to seek injunctive relief to enforce the terms of this Agreement. The prevailing party shall have to right to collect from the other party its reasonable costs and necessary disbursements and attorney's fees incurred in enforcing this Agreement.

If you terminate a subscription-based Service, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you won't be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
